We Assist our Clients by Making the Connection Through Open Dialogue and Transparent Communications.
When the Town of Plainville was found to be in violation of the disinfection by-product rule for elevated total trihalomethanes (TTHM), and elevated Haloacetic Acids (HAA5) enforced by the Department of Environmental Protection Agency; they called on our services to assist them in developing a communication plan that focused on building trust with their community through open dialogue and transparent communications. We have been working diligently with the Plainville Department of Public Works to create comprehensive communications that address water quality, water conservation, stormwater pollution (MS4), sewer treatment and system maintenance; as well as the necessity to upgrade infrastructure. Together, our goal has been to keep their constituents connected and invested in the infrastructure that feeds their community.
"Thanks to the professional services provided by Capital Strategic Solutions, we continue to build upon our relationship with the constituents we serve. I am looking forward to continuing our working relationship with their team and enhancing our communications,” said Dennis Morton, Assistant Director of Public Works.
