How do You Inform Your Community About the Quality of Their Local Drinking Water?

We have established a broad recognition of the importance of effective, strategic communications designed to help address or prevent environmental issues regarding the quality of water for your community.

There are a variety of ways to inform the public about environmental problems that affect water quality, and such communication has the potential to improve the environmental literacy of the public and to increase support for regulations that address these types of issues. Central to that effort is our commitment to work collaboratively with our clients, their respective dedicated utilities, and various stakeholders to elevate clean water, clean water services, and the infrastructure that supports it as essential to keeping their communities safe and thriving. We understand that varying degrees of resources and dedicated public information staff can make it difficult to engage with consumers and target audiences, so we are here to assist in your efforts to communicate about the value and importance of water. 


We are currently working the Plainville Department of Public Works, the Westminster Department of Public Works, and several other Massachusetts communities to provide public outreach services. We are skilled at crafting Consumer Confidence/Water Quality Reports, Water Conservation educational outreach materials, MS4 permitting outreach plans and communications, as well as water crisis communications strategies. Our methods include:

  • Creating fact sheets, brochures, websites, and social media posts.

  • Arranging community workshops and community meetings.

  • Performing tactical social media outreach.

  • Pitching news stories to the media.
